To be or not to be a carnivor?!

I like meat, I sometimes even LOVE meat...and still there is nothing that in the long run really can compete with fish!! Now, I am "in charge" of planning my family's menu, and still I find it really hard to convince the teenagers (boys) and my husband to start loving fish. If I put fish on the menu as often as once every forthnight they complain that we eat too often! TOO OFTEN!?? How is that possible? Now, I take this as a challenge and will do my utmost to if not convert them into choosing fish in front of meat, at least they will enjoy a good fish meal. How? I have to out-smart them! The way to a man's heart goes via his belly, right, so I have to become a heck of a good fish chef! En garde!! :-)
